How to disable automatic update in windows 7

Step 1.
            Go to the right down corner of your desktop and right click on "Action Center" the image is below. The Flag is Action Center option in this image.

Step 2.

            Now after clicking on Action Center you will get a new window, now click on "Open windows Update option. Now you will get a new window. Image is below

Step 3. 

            Click on change settings option new option will be open like below

Step 4.
               Change the Install updates automatically (recommended) setting to "Never check for updates" click on ok your automatic update has blocked.
